| VIRTUAL MODEL/ENVIRONMENT
To create the virtual diamond of an existing diamond in the computer,
you first must determine the shape and facet pattern of the existing
diamond, then the average proportions are taken from the measurement
of the diamond, from this information proprietary software builds
a 3-D model in the computer. The same process is used for a hypothetical
diamonds that don’t exist yet, except the shape, facet pattern,
and proportions are created by the user.
